Flexible Working Times
Early and late risers, attention please! Our flexible working time arrangements make it possible for you to adapt your working day to your wishes. You can arrange your working time freely between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Work-Life Balance
We will support you in all situations emerging in your life, ranging from your family planning to a year abroad. We offer opportunities for mobile work (home office), flex days and a sabbatical. Moreover, we grant a relocation allowance, special leave and much more!
Excursions and Events
We do not only gather in meetings but also out of work for various events, for example, skiing trips, team events and staff parties – some of them including partners and family. Konzept IS will pay entry fees for you to participate in numerous sporting events since we care about your health.
Fairplay
Whenever the circumstances in your project should become more stressful than usual, you are free to choose: You can either have your overtime paid or take time off in lieu. It is up to you when and how you want to do this. Overtime is not forfeited in our company!
Further Training
Do you feel it matters to think outside the box? We do, too! We offer you many different further training options. If you should not find the specific training you need, just tell us. We will be glad to find an individual solution for you, either in our own training centre or with external providers.
