Training Content at a Glance

Some selected samples of individual workshops we arranged for our clients are listed below:

• DOORS
  DOORS is a requirements management tool. Participants of the workshop get an idea of the numerous options offered by the tool. DOORS does not try to impose its functionalities to users; it is therefore recommended to first determine the features to be used and how to use them for each company or project. If standards such as DO-178 or ISO-26262 are involved in addition, many questions arise about the optimum use of DOORS. In this workshop, an experience trainer or auditor will help the participants find out about the advantages and disadvantages of different ways of using it for project handling and auditing.
• Eclipse Plug-in Development
  In addition to providing a basis for development environments, Eclipse is a frequently used platform that can be freely supplemented with other features because of its modular plug-in architecture. While plug-ins are already available for many common tasks, this is often not yet possible for self-developed products or in-house tools. In this workshop, we will use practical exercises to impart the required knowledge of Eclipse Plug-in Development to the participants. They will subsequently be able to create their own plug-ins or even complete applications using the Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP).
• Git
  Git is a distributed version control system that is very different from previous central systems. Application cases identified by the client as potential sources of problems can be run and verified in practice on a test system. The participants are made aware of the need for changing existing processes when migrating to Git and potential new solutions are worked out together with them.

Course Details

Training hours

One-day trainings take place from 9:00 to 12:30 o’clock and from 13:30 to 17:00 o’clock.

Extras

The training price includes comprehensive training documentation handed out to every participant at the beginning of the seminar.

The maximum number of participants is limited to 12 persons to ensure optimal training success.
